The OW15Y OmniWIRE multicore cable is designed for maximum flexibility, with each wire made up of 19 individual wires. Colour coded cores are twisted in pairs and spiral shielded against interference. Shields are surounded by black pair jackets. The OW15Y is available with between two and twenty-four pairs. It complies with the AES/EBU standard and is suitable for analogue and digital audio. The pairs are twisted in layers to ensure the cable retains its structure even under heavy mechanical stress, making it an ideal choice for mobile studio cabling. The OW15Y is enclosed in an ultra-flexible soft PVC outer jacket.
