    ]]>     The CMSUB8 is an 8″ dual coil ceiling subwoofer.

    Inconspicious integration of the subwoofer allows you to have a fat and deep bass sound without compromising on the space on your wall or floor. This subwoofer is the ideal partner for all kinds of satellite speakers: small to medium CM loudspeakers (CM3T, CM4, CM4T and many others) but also small cabinet speakers, such as the MASK4(T).

    Thanks to its discrete design (identically to many of our CM speakers), you can enjoy high quality background music with plenty of bass. Due to the aluminium grille, this speaker is also suitable for use in humid conditions.

    Ideally, you should use the CMSUB8 in an active configuration, for example by using our CHAMP-4 amplifier with integrated active low- and highpass filters.

    In case you use the CMSUB8 in passive speaker systems, make sure the satellite speakers have their own highpass filters, for optimum blending with the CMSUB8 speaker.

    If you need more bass or when the room is acoustically troublesome, add more CMSUB8 speakers and spread them across the area. The speaker is designed for infinite baffle use (e.g. into a ceiling), meaning that you don’t need to build a backbox! When built into an enclosure (e.g. furniture), we recommend a closed box with minimum 20 liters of volume.

    ]]>     The CM5EH is a humidity resistant new version of the popular CM5E in-wall speaker and is suited for bathrooms, kitchens, cool cells or other humid zones. In principle, this product is pretty similar to the CM5E with exception to the cone and grille material.

    The newest CM5EH version has a plastic grille whose outlook will surprise you. Most humidity resistant speakers have a somewhat awkward appearance, but the CM5EH has the same stylish design as other ceiling speakers. This means the loudspeaker has a higher optical integration and will keep consistency in buildings.

    The loudspeaker is very easy to install, due to the simple mounting system with 2 hidden spring loaded clamps. You just need to open the clamps with your hands, carefully slide the speaker in place and release the clamps while positioning the speaker in the middle of the cut-out. This easy way of installation doesn’t require any tools and saves the installer precious time!

    The CM5EH is a modern and very competitive built-in loudspeaker, featuring a 100 Volt speaker line transformer as well as a direct 8 ohms connection, allowing you to connect up to 2 speakers in parallel per 4Ω stable amplifier channel. For 100 Volt use, the CM5EH is equipped with a high quality 3/6 Watt 100 Volt transformer.
